Licences & Vehicles

Driving licence

• A valid driving licence for the category of vehicle you use.
• Captains must be at least 21 years old.
• A driving record free of serious violations.

Vehicle registration

• Valid registration in the captain’s name, or official authorisation from the vehicle owner.
• Clear number plates that match the details registered in the app.

Insurance

A valid insurance policy on the vehicle that meets the legal minimum.

Vehicle condition

• A vehicle in good working order, clean inside and out.
• At least four doors for passenger services.
• Working air conditioning and seatbelts for every seat.
• Passing periodic technical inspection when requested.

Delivery vehicles

• Cars or motorbikes can be used for delivery, each with a valid licence, registration and insurance.
• A helmet and safety gear for motorbike riders.

Documents required to sign up

• A copy of your ID.
• A copy of both sides of your driving licence.
• A copy of the vehicle registration.
• A copy of the insurance policy.
• Clear photos of the vehicle from the front, back and inside.

Keeping documents up to date

Update any document as soon as it is renewed or before it expires. Requests are paused automatically when a document expires until the updated copy is uploaded.
