Captain verification
- Identity and driving licence checks before an account is activated.
- Review of vehicle registration, insurance and required documents.
- Re-verification whenever a document expires.
- Immediate account suspension if false information is found.
Safety
- The captain’s name, photo, vehicle details and plate number are shown before the trip starts.
- Live trip tracking on the map until arrival.
- Two-way ratings after every trip.
- A support team available around the clock to handle reports.
Data protection
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and collect only the minimum data needed to provide the service.
Fraud and misuse prevention
We monitor unusual activity and take action against fake or fraudulent accounts and any use that harms users.
App store requirements
The Meshwar Go and Meshwar Driver apps follow Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, including data disclosure and in-app account deletion.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time from the app settings or through our support team. We delete your data or make it anonymous, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Reporting violations
If you notice any misconduct or safety issue, report it to us right away through the support section in the app. We handle every report in strict confidence.
